If you are not satisfied with your purchase, let us help you!  You may exchange or receive store credit for unworn, undamaged, and in original condition merchandise with all labels and hangtags attached within 14 days of your order date. Unfortunately we won't be able to process a refund if we see that the product has any signs of wear, deodorant stains, rips, or tears.  Please make sure the product is in unworn condition before sending it back - WE WILL NOT SHIP BACK OR REFUND DAMAGED, NON-REFUNDABLE PRODUCTS.

Shipping fees are non refundable so will be deducted from your return. 

For orders using Shop Pay Installments, there will be a 8% restocking fee.

If you receive any items that are damaged, please contact us asap at contact@skiesformiles.com and provide us with order# and photos.

FINAL SALE:

  • Vintage and secondhand items. We will always do our best to note in the description any signs of flaws and price accordingly.
  • Sale, home decor, beauty, swimwear, intimates, socks, and self-care items.
  • Gift cards.
  • International orders.

HOW TO EXCHANGE / RETURN:

For US domestics customers, email us at contact@skiesformiles.com to request a return or exchange with your reason.  Once your return is approved, please mail back the item.
