Because we're a really small shop, we issue store credit only if you're not happy with something. We will gladly accept exchanges or issue store credit for unworn and unwashed merchandise with all original tags attached within 15 days of your order date. Shipping fees are non-refundable so will be deducted from your store credit.
If you receive any items that are damaged, please contact us asap at email@example.com.
- Our Vintage and Upcycled styles are unique and are final sale. Each item may be reworked by hand into a one-of-a-kind piece so it is limited in its availability and can't be recreated. Due to its vintage nature there will be signs of wear, age, small holes, stains, and stitches.
- Any reduced-priced merchandise, home decor, beauty and self-care items are final sale, in which case they are not eligible for an exchange, or store credit.
- Gift cards are final sale.
HOW TO RETURN:
For US customers, go to our Returns Portal and follow the instructions. Once your return is approved, you'll receive a prepaid shipping label and directions on how to complete your return. Please allow 2-3 business days to process your store credit.
