If your order hasn't shipped, you can cancel and/or make changes. Email contact@skiesformiles.com if you have any questions or need help with your order.

This would a really rare occurrence, but sometimes there are glitches to the system and the item is actually out of stock. We will notify you within 24-48 business hours should this happen and will issue you a refund. If your order has additional items, these items will ship out as normal.

Please email contact@skiesformiles.com  asap with your order number and we will help you right away!

Because we're a really small shop, we do not issue refunds.  However, if you're not happy with something, we will gladly accept exchanges or issue store credit for unworn and unwashed merchandise with all original tags attached within 15 days of your order date.  Shipping fees are non refundable so will be deducted from your return.

Returns are processed within 2-3 business days of when we receive your order.

All orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days.  During high-volume sales periods, it might take us longer.

Please note we are not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages after it has been shipped.

Yes!  Free standard shipping for orders within the U.S. totaling $150 or more, after taxes or promotions. This offer does not apply to international orders at this time.
