If your order hasn't shipped, you can cancel and/or make changes. Email us if you have any questions or need help with your order.

This would a really rare occurrence, but sometimes there are glitches to the system and the item is actually out of stock. We will notify you within 24-48 business hours should this happen and will issue you a refund. If your order has additional items, these items will ship out as normal.

Please email us asap with your order number and we will help you right away!

Because we're a really small shop, we do not issue refunds.  However, if you're not happy with something, we will gladly accept exchanges or issue store credit for unworn and unwashed merchandise with all original tags attached within 15 days of your order date.  Shipping fees are non refundable so will be deducted from your return.

We're a really small online boutique and have limited quantities of inventory available.  

Returns are processed within 2-3 business days of when we receive your order.

YES, YES, YES!  This is so important to us. We use 100% compostable mailers, recycled boxes, and recycled tissue paper. We try to ship with minimal poly bags made of plastic. We print our labels on thermal printers to reduce ink cartridges used. Lastly, we seal our boxes with paper packaging tape activated by water.

All orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days.  During high-volume sales periods, it might take us longer.

Please note we are not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages after it has been shipped.

You will receive a shipping confirmation to the email address you entered for your order. If you didn't receive an email, log into your account to check your order status. You can also check your spam or junk folders and add contact@skiesformiles.com to your safe sender list.

Yes!  Free standard shipping for orders within the U.S. totaling $150 or more, before taxes or promotions. This offer does not apply to international orders at this time.
